Type 2 Diabetes – An Unhealthy Lifestyle Leads to an Unhealthy Body

It is unmistakable an unhealthy lifestyle is what leads to an unhealthy body. If a majority of the population is of poor health, it is a guarantee most people also lead poor lifestyles. Despite this unsurprising detail, we continue to see an epidemic of obesity and Type 2 diabetes in our society. Physical inactivity levels are high and on the rise. Poor diets are ubiquitous, despite there is so much information available on how to eat well.

All it takes is one simple search to verify being unhealthy is the norm. Will you subscribe to this new standard? The choice as always is yours. You may feel you are unwell, or you may be trying to prevent having an unhealthy body. In that case, know it all traces back to your lifestyle…

  • your food choices,
  • your daily habits,
  • your physical activity levels,
  • your stress levels, and anxiety,

it all plays a role. If you are to live a quality life, it will benefit you to invest in a healthier lifestyle. You can’t go wrong with looking out for yourself.

Diseases like obesity and Type 2 diabetes affect millions across the globe. In no modern society are these two conditions unknown. On the contrary: it is so prevalent almost everyone knows or has heard of someone who has been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is so widespread you would be hard pressed to find a lack of resources to help anyone with this disease. Local clinics and family doctor practices are fully equipped to guide and assist anyone diagnosed with having high blood sugar levels.

But again, it all goes back to lifestyle. Type 2 diabetics requiring blood sugar medications are usually not using them because they have just been dealt a poor genetic hand. This form of diabetes is not a disease deciding to strike by coincidence.

But make no mistake, there is always hope if you are looking to improve your health. And it is not about playing the odds. You are in charge of your health, whether you realize it or not. Through your actions, you can improve your condition and start to feel better. Managing or treating high blood sugar levels is entirely possible in the right circumstances. By this point you know lifestyle is the root of it all, so focus your attention on this area.

Fortunately, a healthy lifestyle does lead to a healthy body. But it requires effort and time – both of which you are capable of giving. You are worth it…

5 Powerful Symbols to Enhance a Yogic Lifestyle

Yoga lifestyle revolves around some very empowering ideas – the possibility of unity and harmony between the elements of the universe, reaching the divine through a heightened meditative consciousness, a consistent state of joyfulness and equivalence to the ups and downs in life.

Imbibe yoga life mottos in your everyday existence in the form of powerful symbols. Conventional expressions often fall short to depict these bafflingly profound concepts and that is when symbolism comes in handy. Wear them on your tees, dangle as lockets or adorn your walls. Keep them glowing in your forethought and in the space around yourself to ward off evil and invoke positive energies. Use these symbols around your home to bring harmony to your practice.

Here is a list of important symbols embodying yoga life philosophy-

Om, to become One with Creation

The Om, pronounced as Aum is the primal sound. It is believed to be the origin of creation. The ringing vibrato of the Aum remains long after the sound dies out. Meditational peace and journeying inward is favored by the deep resonance of this sound. Aum is chanted at the beginning and end of a yoga practice.

The symbol is believed to be sacred, connecting the bearer to creation and eternal existence. Pair this symbol with the a mala or sacred beads for the throat to instill propitious energy within your being.

Ganesha Symbolizing Balance

The many handed, elephant headed deity ‘ Ganesha’ is a symbol of balance and wholeness that yogic discipline perpetuates. The symbol of Ganesha is characterized by four hands. One hand is in the gesture of protection, one holding a sweet representing rewards of the spiritual path, an “anushka” or tool for taming elephants representing Ganesha’s dynamic role in disciplining a mind gone astray and a noose signifying curbing of the ego. The large head suggesting wisdom and the pot belly representing fulfillment too are in consonance with yogic aims.

Bring auspiciousness to your homes by placing the Ganesha idol on a centerpiece.

The 7 Chakra Symbols

The human body is believed to house seven centers of spiritual powers. These are the chakras. Exquisite symbols signifying different values represent these chakras. To propagate particular values in your personality, fill your space with chakra symbols.

• Root Chakra will intensify stability by grounding you. Perform your daily yoga routine in presence of this symbol for improving body balance which in turn will stabilize and strengthen your mind.

• Sacral Chakra can be donned to ignite sexual creativity. Primal instincts are boosted in the presence of this chakra bringing sensual flavors to relationships.

• Solar Plexus Chakra is centered on personal peace. Sensitivity and love are the qualities intensified in the presence of it.

• Heart Chakra enhances love and dispels rejection. Harmony and connection can be built by the virtue of the Heart Chakra symbol.

• Throat Chakra is concerned with communication and self expression. Bring this chakra symbol in your surroundings to augment assertiveness. Wavering resolutions could also be cemented properly with this chakra.

• Third Eye Chakra relates to spiritual connectedness. Incorporate this symbol around you to reinforce personal insight, capability to heal and faculties of imagination.

• Crown Chakra signifies a lofty sense of connection with the divine. Add this symbol in your surroundings to strike a union with the universal beyond the limitations of space and time.

The Divine Lotus

The lotus is a common symbol for the unfolding divinity within all earthly beings in Hindu and Buddhist traditions. The lotus posture or padmasana in yoga culture is a seated position to feel the divinity blooming inside you through unfolding of thousand lotus petals.

Blend this symbolism of divinity in and around you to foster your daily yoga practice with more meaning. The flower grows out of mud to the water surface and water drops slide off petals-signifying detachment, an important yogic principle.

Mandala Representing Universe

Mandala is used in meditational practices. “Mandala meditation” requires the participant to focus on a circular mandala placed before him or her, representing the universe in a harmonized pattern. On a deeper stage of meditation, the practitioner can visualize such a form with all its concentric and geometric details.

Decorate your room with multiple mandalas or place a single wall hanging depicting the pattern in the meditational room. Focusing your gaze and mind on the mandala will channelize your attention inward and heighten consciousness, helping you feel one with the universe.

Granddaddy Chose A Successful Lifestyle!

I’m sure everyone has heard of that old saying that the early bird gets the worm, right? It sounds simple enough… Get up early and we will get whatever we want, right? Well, the early bird thing might not be that simple… In thinking about this, here is another question I want us to consider. Is this old saying about the early bird really only about taking what we want or may it also be about something else too that many of us might be missing, without even noticing it? Hmm…

Well, guess what? This early bird saying is probably also about something more than just getting up early to get want we want. I imagine that it’s not all about beating others out and getting first dibs on what we want. Neither is this first-comer about getting up early once in a while… The first one to arrive is more about creating a lifestyle in which it’s normal to get up early. It’s a lifestyle in which we are not just trying to ‘get’ things, but instead we are trying to ‘do’ things. It is about consistently -getting to do- extra work that will eventually turn us into high quality people who are doers and givers with many opportunities before us, rather than getters and takers who are shortsighted with only short-term goals, and small opportunities in front of them.

In addition, I would also have to say that the early bird saying even goes further than just getting up early every day to do extra work. The early bird saying also touches on constant and never-ending deliberate improvement. Many of my regular readers and students already know that I call this concept of never-ending self-improvement by the acronym of C.A.N.D.I.- Constant And Never-ending Deliberate Improvement.

Now teens, go learn, lead, and lay the way to a better world for all of us. Remember Granddaddy was successful because of the lifestyle that he chose to live. We too can choose this winning lifestyle. And once again, thanks in advance for all that you do, and all that you will do…

Benefits Of Following The Paleo Diet Lifestyle

The paleo diet really is more of a lifestyle than a true diet. Its main goal is a healthy living, not direct weight loss. However, this is for many, a side effect of making the required eating habit changes to one’s daily diet. There are many benefits to living the paleo way and we will discuss that further in this very article. If you are interested in living a happier, more mentally alert and healthier life, then please keep reading.

The automatic result of changing eating habits to the foods our Paleolithic ancestors ate is, we no longer get bombarded with the complex and dangerous chemicals that are commonly added to the most popular foods in today’s grocery stores. It is believed that our bodies have not evolved to properly process many of these chemicals. On the other hand, many of these chemical are plain old Dangerous to our bodies and mental capacity.

Eating real food, not processed foods, will make a noticeable and positive change to your mental and physical health. As stated earlier, this is not technically a diet plan, more of a lifestyle based around making healthy choices to fuel your body with the best wholesome foods possible. The results for many do include weight loss, but please consider the points below when considering what the paleo diet really has to offer to you and anybody who takes the proper steps to make changes in their own life.

Food Coloring May Be Pretty, But…

Did you know many of the most common foods (not found on the paleo diet food list) have food coloring added to them to make them look appetizing? This alone does not sound dangerous, but the actual chemicals to obtain these colors are very problematic. In the 1970’s the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) banned red dye no. 2 because it was found that in high doses it would actually cause cancer in laboratory rats. The yellow no. 5 dye was found to increase hyperactivity in children by a British study in 2007 and to worsen asthma symptoms by studies that go back to the 1950’s.

Naturally Sweet, Just Makes Sense

High fructose corn syrup has received a lot of negative media in the past few years and for good reason. This sweetener that is derived from corn, an alternative to natural sugar from sugar cane, has some major health concerns connected to it. This sweetener is found in soft drinks, junk food and just about anything that is sweet and carries a decent shelf like at the grocery store. It has been connected to the raise of obesity in America and the body does not metabolize it in the same way as sugar based sweeteners.

Mercury contaminants are found in it and this has yet to be regulated by the FDA. The companies that use this in their foods have spent millions to “educate” the public on its safety, yet the extraction process is still secret and unknown to all. This additive is almost exclusively used in poor quality “food like substances”, so that should be enough for you to know you need to stay away from it.

Salty &Healthy Don’t Belong In The Same Sentence

Americans love salt. There I said it. Many people love to put extra salt on foods that are already doused with butter (which normally already contains salt) to bring out this familiar taste. There are many dangers of high sodium diets. The most apparent is the hypertension or high blood pressure (that leads to heart issues) that is associated with too much salt in one’s diet. In mature adults, high salt intake can lead to premature cognitive decline. Salt also changes the way your kidneys function, not allowing it to regulate the release of water to the body as normal and can lead to kidney stones. Salt can even lead to a skin condition called edema. This condition causes swelling of the extremities.

Living The Paleo Life

There are many other reasons that the paleo diet has become one of the most popular ways to change your health. The reasons discussed here are just the tip of the iceberg. The real magic starts when you realize that removing the things that have a negative impact on your health are magnified by adding more of the healthy vitamins and nutrients found in the foods that are paleo approved. Changing your lifestyle takes time and of course some work, but hopefully you have found enough reasons here that you find the determination to move forward with some healthy changes starting today!

Living the Mind-Body Lifestyle

When I’m talking to mind-body newbies, they often ask me if I like living the mind-body  lifestyle . They are usually worried that they’ll have to torture themselves for life with something un-fun and limiting. Happily, the mind-body  lifestyle  is quite the opposite! Today’s article is an example of what it’s like to live this way, so that you can come sit in my living room with me and experience how I stay pain-free.

It goes like this: All day long, every day, my body is letting me know important things. How is it telling me? Via emotions. How do I know I’m having emotions? Via body sensations. So, my first step is to stay clued in to what my body and emotions are telling me. If I miss an emotional clue, my body will let me know with a little tension or some other small signal. All I have to do is notice these signals, and I can easily stay healthy and comfortable in my body. It’s only if I were to ignore them that I might get a hint of pain.

Today is a perfect example of what it’s like to use the mind-body maintenance plan.

During a session with a client this morning, I noticed I was having trouble speaking. I don’t have a sore throat, I am not sick, and yet I was losing my voice. On my next call of the day, my colleagues noticed this and asked me if I had a cold.

“No,” I answered, “and I’m not exactly sure what my body is trying to tell me.”

There was silence while we all sat with that statement. It had the ring of a big fat lie. (No judgment here – it’s quite normal that we all lie to ourselves frequently. It’s actually quite good to find the lie, because then you can easily figure out what’s really going on.)

I sighed. “Ok, so I do know what my body is telling me. I am not up for coaching right now, and I have a really full schedule because I’ve been out of town and will also be gone next week.”

My colleague said, “Why not reschedule your sessions?”

My insides cringed. My mind panicked momentarily. And then, there it was. The THOUGHT behind this whole thing.

“I will be disappointing them,” I answered. “They need their sessions, and I won’t be here for them.”

Which is one of the old patterns I have that leads me away from taking care of myself and straight into physical issues. I’ve spent many a year trying not to disappoint people, ignoring my own body/self, and ending up flattened as a result. This pattern does not serve me well.

The truth is that I must take care of myself in order to be of any help to any client. In fact, I might even disappoint my clients more by showing up and not being able to really do my job. My wise inner being knew that it was time to step back from coaching and take care of me, but I was afraid to follow this wise instruction. So, even though I knew in my heart what I truly needed, I plowed forward with coaching.

My brilliant body let me know that I was off track. It took away my voice.

Isn’t it fascinating how our minds can yank us away from doing what is best for ourselves? Because my mind was afraid of disappointing clients, I was ignoring my soul’s request for some quiet rest time. I was ignoring the emotional message, so my body amped up the volume a bit with the voice removal.

Hopefully you can see the process. As I noticed what was going on with myself, I uncovered a belief system that was causing me to work directly against what I really needed. As soon as I saw that, I was able to decide what was truly best for me, and choose whether or not to act on that belief. I listened to my body, and therefore we are on good terms. I won’t get sick, I won’t have pain – I don’t need the alarm to ring any louder than it just did.

So my body and I struck a deal. I would finish out today, but cancel clients for tomorrow and take some serious rest and self-nurturing time. As soon as I made that deal, I felt an uplifting, lightening sensation in my chest. My voice got clearer. I felt the resonance of alignment with myself.

What I like about this is that there’s no fear involved. There’s no imprisonment. It’s not like following some hideously boring diet for the rest of my life. It’s freeing, actually, to always be checking in with my body and listening to its messages. Even if I need a slight alarm system warning here and there, it’s nothing scary. It’s just something to notice, learn from, and take action on so I can keep creating health.

I’ve noticed the more I listen to the messages, the quieter they are. The alarms don’t need to be very loud anymore. Most of the time, I hear the whisper of my emotional guidance system and don’t need any major body warnings. I used to get a full-on chest cold, a headache, a foot pain, or some other alarm. I love that today the body warning didn’t even have to create any discomfort for me to hear it. Nothing in my body hurts, but I still get the message, loud and clear. This is cause for celebration!

You, too, can arrive at this point where you listen to what your body is saying, day in and day out. It’s not a bad thing at all – in fact, it’s pretty dang cool to have such a helpful GPS system with which to navigate through life. I always know what’s best for me, what will lead me to health and happiness, and what my next step is. There’s a sense of confidence in that knowledge. Strength. Peace. And of course – health.

Top 10 Anais Nin Works

A controversial author of her times whose work was largely ignored at the time of publication, Anais Nin gained wide spread acceptance and acclaim in the 1960s when she garnered acceptance as one of the most prolific female writers who had dared to dabble in the elusive genre of female eroticism. Nin’s work primarily included her diaries that bespeak of a woman’s journey of self discovery through the various stages of her life.

She penned down her experiences of over 30 years, from 1931 to 1974 in her memoirs which today serve as an inspiration for women across the world who are trying to break out of stereotypical gender roles and biases.

Nin’s artistic parental background and her eventual bohemian lifestyle gave her the conviction to touch upon a side of feminine sensuality which was often considered off limits and even taboo. Through her works, she has explored various issues that women deal with in their lives including incest. Her literary journey began with the publication of ‘D H Lawrence: An Unprofessional Study”, which she remarkably wrote in just 16 days. The book was not officially published in the US and as a result she sent copies of it to Gotham Book Mart to be sold for a dollar a piece; thus began her journey to literary stardom.

While Nin has several journals and books to her credit her most widely acclaimed and well received books to date include:

D.H Lawrence: An Unprofessional Study

This was Nin’s first published work which probably whet her appetite for the controversial books that she found fame in. The book was her tribute to her literary hero DH Lawrence. It was a study of some of the author’s popular work. By the time the book went into publication; most critics had shunned Lawrence’s work. Not only was it unusual for Nin to choose his work for her book but also the fact that she was a woman who appreciated DH Lawrence’s writing which was often laced with sexual content was equally surprising

Collages

This was Nin’s last published novel which was notable in its shift from her regular style. This novel had none of the familiar characters that Nin’s fans were expecting. Also, as the name suggests, the book had almost two dozen important characters and there was quite a bit of geographical movement which was absent in her other work.

Winter of Artifice

This was Nin’s second published novels. It originally went into publication in Paris and gives a candid review of Nin’s incestuous relationship with her father.

Under a Glass Bell

Claimed to be one of the finest works from the author; the book was the first of several to be printed in Nin’s own press. A collection of short stories that touched upon several facets of life from writing journals to late abortions etc; many critics regard it as her finest work. Under a glass bell finally got Nin the recognition that she deserved.

House of Incest

This was Nin’s first fictional book. Although most readers expected to read a graphical description of Nin’s liaisons with her lovers, this book revolved around the central character trying to escape from a dream state that she finds herself trapped in.

Delta of Venus

A book with a strong incline towards the exploration of sexuality and eroticism, it contains several short stories with some of the characters finding their way into more than one story. The book was written for a person identified simply as the “collector” for his private consumption.

Little Birds

Although the book was written in 1940 when she was commissioned by the ‘Collector” along with other writers, this work from Nin was published two years after her death. The book includes 13 short stories that explore various sexual themes from lesbianism to pedophilia.

Cities of the Interior

This was a collection of 5 novels from Anais Nin; Ladders of Fire, the Four Chambered Heart, Children of the Albatross, Seduction of the Minotaur and Spy in the House of Love. Of the 5 books in this series, the Four Chambered Heart was autobiographical in nature while the Spy in the House of Love revolved around the journey of Sabina who is considered to be an alter ego of the author.

The Diary of Anais Nin

This is a published version of Nin’s private diary; the entries in the manuscript started when Nin was just 11 and she continued writing in it till her death. The diaries are available in seven volumes while the expurgated versions of the diaries contain more sexually graphic material than the original published manuscript.

Henry and June: From A Journal of Love: the Unexpurgated Diary of Anaïs Nin (1931-1932)

This is a book which was published in 1986 which is based upon her unpublished diaries. It has a few similarities to her published diaries but also quite a few differences. It focuses on her very passionate affair with Henry Miller and his wife June Miller.

Anais Nin was an interesting character. The above works highlight some interesting works by a great writer.

The Real Happiness in Life

What is happiness? Where do we find it? How do we obtain it? I readily concede that it’s important to have sufficient money for our needs, but beyond that, money has little to do with true happiness.

Happiness is the most intangible state we are seeking in our whole lives. In our pursuit of real happiness in life, we experienced too much pain and sacrifices. There are even times when we lose our own source of happiness. But, there are only a few who knew that real happiness lies within ourselves.

Happiness does not always require success, prosperity or attainment. Real happiness ever has its root in unselfishness-its blossom in love of some kind. The present is an age of pleasure-seeking, and men are losing their sanity in the mad rush for sensations that do but excite and disappoint. In this day of counterfeits, adulterations, and base imitations, the devil is busier than he has ever been in the course of human history, in the manufacture of pleasures, both old and new; and these he offers for sale in most attractive fashion, falsely labeled, ‘Happiness.

What is happiness then? How does it differ from mere pleasure? Happiness leaves no bad aftertaste, it is followed by no depressing reaction; it calls for no repentance, brings no regret, entails no remorse; pleasure too often makes necessary repentance, contrition, and suffering; and, if indulged to the extreme, it brings degradation and destruction.

True happiness is lived over and over again in memory, always with a renewal of the original good; a moment of unholy pleasure may leave a barbed sting, which, like a thorn in the flesh, is an ever-present source of anguish. Happiness is not akin with levity, nor is it one with light-minded mirth.

It seems happiness is something we all desire but few find. Is it a career? Is happiness in our ‘stuff’? Looking for happiness in things will never satisfy. In the end, we find ourselves just looking further.

Just don’t take yourself too seriously. True perfection is really accepting your imperfections. In this way, you’re not struggling with or rejecting yourself. Make friends with yourself. Never beat yourself down because of too many emotional issues. It is natural to feel everything, whatever it may be.

Try to meditate. There is an overwhelming amount of research showing how meditation changes the circuits in the part of the brain associated with contentment and happiness and stimulates the “feel-good” factor. Meditating on love and kindness makes you much, much happier! And the only way to know this is to try it, so don’t hesitate. It has been proven that even as little as 10 minutes of meditation a day can lead to physical changes in the brain that improve concentration and focus, calm the nervous system, and help you to become more kind and compassionate, and even more humorous.

Let go of negativity. Learn to forgive and forget. See every challenge as an opportunity for further growth. Express gratitude for what you have. Don’t worry about the little things. Take plenty of “worry vacations” where you train your mind not to worry for a certain length of time.

See the humor in life and in our experiences. Take life less seriously and learn to laugh at yourself. Serve and be kind to others. Treat everyone with kindness. Speak well of others. Truly listen to others. Support them without bringing yourself into it. Be careful with your words. Speak gentler, kinder, and wiser. Respect others and their free will. Put your trust in others and be trusted in return.

Work as part of a whole. See others as partners in your efforts. Practice generosity and giving without expecting anything in return. Live in the present. Don’t replay negative events or worry about the future. Accept and celebrate impermanence. Be grateful for your life, for each moment of every day.

Observe yourself in the moment. Choose a healthy lifestyle. Keep a daily routine. Wake up at the same time every morning, preferably early. Get enough sleep. Don’t overeat and try to practice healthy self-control. Exercise daily to the point of sweating.

Laugh more. Laughter is the best medicine. Practice deep breathing and yoga. The body and mind are connected. Take care of your spirit. Strive to always learn new things. Get creative.

Be inwardly free. Live minimally and simply. Often extravagant living brings more stress, not more satisfaction. De-clutter your home to de-clutter your mind. Feel good in your own home. Make it your sanctuary by keeping it clean, organized, and uplifting. Go without certain things you think you need.

Type 2 Diabetes – Having This Form of Diabetes Is a Lifestyle Choice

You have many choices to make during your lifetime. When it comes to your health, the choices you make are inevitably far-reaching. There could be severe consequences should you carry out the wrong decisions. Never forget gambling with your health is gambling with your future.

With Type 2 diabetes, the situation is no different. Although this is something you may not want to hear, this form of diabetes is a lifestyle choice from its onset all the way through development. If you are diagnosed, it is because you allowed it to thrive in your body, even if it was unknown to you. Once diagnosed and you are beginning to suffer from its effects, this could be because you have allowed it to remain untreated.

Failing to act is a choice in itself, especially when you have a gut feeling compelling you to change. It is well-known, change is not always easy. In the case of reversing Type 2 diabetes, it is perhaps one of the most difficult tasks one could ever face. If you a Type 2 diabetic, the choice is yours. Whether you attempt to change or not, you will deal with the results of your decision.

Without a doubt, it is better to not have to deal with the complications of having high and unstable blood sugar. There is no telling how long it would take for unhealthy blood sugar readings to take a toll on your body. At first, it might be tingling or numbness in your extremities. Or it could be your vision begins to fail. Knock on wood, but a fatal heart attack or stroke are also realistic possibilities.

Even if you were fortunate to avoid the worst-case scenarios, you would still be likely to suffer some debilitating effects. What is more, the mere presence of high blood sugar is enough to shorten your lifespan.

For better or worse, having Type 2 diabetes is a lifestyle choice once you have a diagnosis.

On a positive note, not all decisions in regards to Type 2 diabetes involve grim circumstances. If you are motivated, you can undo the disease. You might not be able to reverse some of the damage already done. But, there is good news in the reports of those who have successfully recovered. You can stop many side effects in their tracks, and regenerate damaged organs and systems. More importantly, you can regain good health. It is infinitely a better alternative to being ill and at risk of an untimely death.

Clearly, Type 2 diabetics have some decisions to make. Will you make the right choices?

Hotwifing Benefits – Three Reasons Hotwifes Have Better Marriages

Odd as it may seem the hotwifing benefits you’ll experience if you can get your wife to take the plunge into the cuckolding lifestyle far outweigh the risks and disadvantages (with one proviso: hotwiving is for couples whose relationship is good but they want to improve it; if your relationship is already sexless and broken, then hotwiving will make things a lot worse).

Hotwifing Benefits

  1. Your relationship will improve. You’ll experience more physical and emotional intimacy and you’ll end up having better sex, having it more often and being more adventurous when you do it. I know I speak for other husbands of hotwifes when I say there’s nothing quite so fast to turn me on as when my own hotwife, Josselyn, uses her lover’s name while she’s making love to me.
  2. Your wife will bloom. This is a hard one to explain and describe, but an easy one to spot. Women love to be found attractive; what’s more they love to be the woman of a strong and confident man. And by being a hotwife, she’s getting the best of both worlds — her lovers build her self-esteem because they find her attractive (you ‘have’ to because you’re her husband, right?); and obviously you must be a strong and confident man to let her go out and spread her wings, so to speak. You’ll notice how she becomes more aware of herself, more sexually adventurous, and starts to take even more pride in her appearance.
  3. Your own self-esteem will skyrocket. Again, this is a tough one to explain but is something every man I know whose wives go down the hotwifing path. For one thing, you become even more proud of your wife as she does start to bloom and your feelings of love and devotion for her increase. It’s strange, but even though most hotwives husbands have their wives’ permission to sleep with other women, few actually do. Why? Because for man much of the pleasure is in seeing his wife enjoying her own pleasure (and by this I don’t just mean actually watching her with another man — I mean just seeing her doing through life as a newly self-aware and liberated woman).

My wife, Josselyn, and I have been in the hotwife lifestyle for the past 7 years and apart from a few hiccoughs it’s been a lot of fun.

And now we’d like to share our knowledge and experience so you don’t have to make the mistakes we made in the past – because we’ve made them for you.

Affiliate Marketing Could Make Your Lifestyle Awesome

Almost anything we see and possess today has commercial value – from cellular phone, tablet and clothes, and even to the tiny hair clip used by little girls on their hair. And most often, consumers buy these products after seeing them on TV, heard on radio or read in newspapers. In short, advertisement has played a great role in influencing the people’s choice over a particular product.

In today’s tech-savvy world, the internet has considerably played a major role in the people’s lives. Majority are now making money through online work while others are selling their products through the internet.

In selling online products, the seller should have a very good affiliate marketing strategy to be successful in online business.

As with traditional selling, affiliate marketing is not easy. But it’s not too difficult either. All you need are commitment, determination and patience. Patience is actually the best trait needed in internet marketing – patience to still go on despite being repeatedly rejected by clients.

Simply put, internet marketing, which is also called online marketing, is to market or advertise your products or services over the internet, either in your own blog or website, through a blog or site owned by others, through emails or through social media.

Doing internet marketing through your own website or blog is much cheaper since you don’t have to pay for commissions to agents, unlike when you market your products through other person’s site where you pay certain commission for every product referred by the site owner and bought by the clients.

Other than websites, you can also market your products by sending emails to prospective clients and also through social media like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other sites.

When doing internet marketing for the first time, it helps if you have your own website where you can market your products or services. And the best way to attract prospective clients to your site is to make sure the contents of your website are informative, free from typographical errors and are full of attractive images. Most often, websites with good layout and colorful contents are frequently visited by readers. Putting a “killer headline” in your site all the more attracts clients to go through what you offer.

Posting a typo-free content with killer headline also works well when doing internet marketing through social media. And don’t forget to put your contact details where the readers can leave comments or ask for more information about your products or services.

Internet marketing is definitely the in-thing today. And you can be successful in this field if you follow a unique internet marketing strategy that others don’t have.
